Vinification: Destemming process with fermentation for 8 days at 28°C. Aging in French oak barrels (70%) and American oak barrels (30%) for 14 months.
Appearance: Clear cherry red color with a garnet edge.
Nose: Clean fruity aromas with dark roasted oak, coffee and liquorice notes.
Palate: Fresh red fruits balanced by medium tannins and fresh acidity. Tastes of red fruits and shades of minerals balanced with oak undertones. Good balance with a long persistent finish.
