Crianza Style Wine From Founders of the Ribera del Duero.
Varietals: 100% Tempranillo (Tinta del País)
Production: 80.000 bottles
Vinification: Vines are grown in Ribera del Duero on slopes oriented to the South The vines are trained in Gobelet (Poda en Vaso) style. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentations occur in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. The wine is matured in American oak barriques for 12 months in a subterranean cellar at 54 degrees.
Appearance: Clear rich cherry color, with ruby violet edge.
Nose: Aromatic black fruits, minerals, and a classic Ribera del Duero earthy note.
Palate: A well balanced wine with refreshing acidity, well integrated wood notes and precise fruit characteristics, with a luxurious finish.
