Vinification: Grapes are carefully destemmed and crushed. Alcoholic fermentation for 12 days in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine matures for 3 months in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling.
Appearance: Dark ruby red color hints to the power inside this wine.
Nose: Intense aromas of dark black forest fruits, with hints of mint.
Palate: In the mouth the wine is deliciously balanced, fresh, velvety and fleshy. Notes of dark fruits, with hints of spice and mint. This wine continues to evolve as it opens.
