Vinification: Grapes are carefully destemmed and crushed. The must is practically frozen to enhance the aromatic qualities. Alcoholic fermentation for 8 hours in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine matures for 3 months in on its lees in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling.
Appearance: Clear lemon yellow color with a pale rim.
Nose: Extremely aromatic with classic citrus, herbs, and Rias Baixas minerality, with a touch of sweet almond and lavender.
Palate: The wine fills your mouth with sensations of fresh herbs, cut grass, pleasant minerals with a lengthy refreshing finish.
